After android 10 update my phone is continuously hanging and I am not having any high end gaming apps also and not able to call at all,
Every week going to service center for solving issue but they are not able to resolve and also service is pathetic in Samsung and they are self defending themselves by saying that it's due to third party apps. Nobody will buy a phone to just use their default apps.
Before giving out newer versions to devices samsung should check whether it suits their device or not but instead they are testing on customers for free.
Surely this will lead to their downfall across customers.
Bro i am facing the same issue in samsung m20 . Treid everything like hard reset ,soft reset and still the problems aren't solved i hope google will release a new update soon
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue: > Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps). > Ensure 20% of internal memory of device is free (Scroll down notification panel > Setting > Device maintenance > storage).
> If device hangs in any particular application/game then Clear cache memory of that application (Settings>apps> tap on that app>storage>clear cache)
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
I assume the issue is with android one ui, so don't use android one ui, try to download adfree launchers like evie launcher from playstore and set as default launcher the phome will work smooth.
