how to recover lost data after factory reset

I accidentally did factory reset without creating any backup to my phone which resulted in lost of my precious data 

How can i recover that please help

Koi app ya koi website nhi hai Recovery ke liye .. mera phon formet ho gaya tha . Backup bi nhi liya tha .. to koi Option nhi hai ...
