yes its a good update for #M20.Honestly charging improvment has been done by samsung.My phone was taking 2 hours before the update.After update it takes only 1 hour and 20 minutes to full charge. Thank You
hlo.yeah its true that battery drain is fast in samsung m20 as i am also using this device.But sasmusng will improve abnormality of battery drainage in this device.as far as the multiwindows are concerned, clean you phones cache and restart your phone,hope problem will b solved.If not than reset your phones all settings.NOTE THAT ONLY SETTINGS.
