galaxy m30s earphone not working

I baught the latest samsung m30s on the second day of release. When i started using it and made my first call the earpiece did not work. When i tried to replace the item i was not given any option

same happen with me then i switched off and on and it fixed so you can try can't say will fix with it but give it a try.
