fast charging not enabling

Since morning the fast charging of Samsung Galaxy m20 is not working properly. I don't know what happend but for about 20 min Samsung original charger and cable also stop working. After switching cable of another brand and Visa versa now the Samsung original is working but no fast charging only standard.

Please Samsung if this is due to software issue release a new bug fixes update. We all are tried of the bugs .

If u don't wanna give slow motion update or more 

Just fix the bugs that's all the m20 users want.

Kindly release FOTA as soon as possible.

Just go to battery settings and check whether you have enabled Fast Charging or not ...

they have replaced me with a new cable .

So just buy new cable from Samsung Official store ...

It will cost you about 375 ..

Bro, sometimes new software update causes such issue(slow charging)...hope, it's not a bug..
Check, if your charging cord is fully plugged into base.
Check for faulty switch..
or switch off your device and try to charge..
Also, check for dirt accumulation inside the micro-USB port.
Just give a try..
(sometimes 3rd party apps also cause such issue)..👍

I know what you are saying.
it just now and then some error always occurs.
earlier I have used galaxy on nxt with some issue but with no problem.
m20 in this case issue with problem. 😔😔
