I just wanted to ask in galaxy's m21 what is this option adaptive battery

this will automatically help to save battery, according to your uses pattern, means if you enable adaptive battery then its auto change to medium power saving mode and sometimes maximum power Saving mode

and 2nd one is to put your app to sleep which you those not used for long time and you used it very rarely
