I contacted Samsung using WhatsApp 😂😂

It's same as the chat option in Web. Don't give proper resolution or answer. Only thing I hear  from them is to visit service center.

You are in pie still.?

As you said in previous comment You already done safe mode. So only thing you can do is hard reset.
Power off your mobile, press and hold vol+ & power until you see Samsung logo. Then you enter recovery using vol nd power click on data reset.
If issues still persists then reflash rom.

they are saying direct Share is third-party app where it's built-in in settings as well as samsung official sites
