Galaxy MEven if it doesn't work then perform "Reset network settings" from device Settings > General management > Reset > then "Reset network settings" only and then try.

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
Follow the below steps to resolve your issue:-
1. Reset app preferences: Setting > apps > More options or on three dots > Reset app preferences
2. Clear paired list: Settings > connection (turn on Bluetooth) > Setting (with paired device) > Unpair
3. Clear cache and data of Bluetooth app: Settings > Apps > Menu (Three dots) > Show system apps > Tap on search and type "Bluetooth"' > Bluetooth > Storage > Clear Cache > Clear data > Ok
If issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung members app (Samsung Member > Get help > send feedback > Ask question/Error report)
