My m30s bluetooth setting is showing some random wrong name instead of the device name...tried resetting my network settings but nothing happend

go to all app setting find system app BLUETOOTH and clear data and cache once and restart your device

Go to device Settings > Apps then click on vertical "3 dots" right sided above then tap on "Show system apps" and find out "Bluetooth" app from search box then tap on "Bluetooth" then go to "Storage" then perform "Clear catch" and "Clear data" and then try. Screenshots below...

Even if it doesn't work then perform "Reset network settings" from device Settings > General management > Reset > then "Reset network settings" only and then try.

Follow the below steps to resolve your issue:-

1. Reset app preferences: Setting > apps > More options or on three dots > Reset app preferences
2. Clear paired list: Settings > connection (turn on Bluetooth) > Setting (with paired device) > Unpair
3. Clear cache and data of Bluetooth app: Settings > Apps > Menu (Three dots) > Show system apps > Tap on search and type "Bluetooth"' > Bluetooth > Storage > Clear Cache > Clear data > Ok

 

If issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung members app (Samsung Member > Get help > send feedback > Ask question/Error report)
