goto setting and open digital wellbeing then tap on wind dawn then off all setting

Bro, I think..you have switched on greyscale mode..(if am not wrong)
Go to settings>select Accessibility>now click on visibility enhancements> here sect colour adjustments>now check if colour adjustment is on or off..(if this option is on then turn it off)..
or
Go to digital wellbeing>select wind down>Disable turn on now
