Hello,

      I am facing issues with my m20 set. No audio during voice calls and video playback since yesterday.

   Also internet is slow and gets disrupted intemrittently. Hardly has been 6 months. Any suggestions to get it resolved ?

do hard reset,after hard reset still problem occur than visit nearby service center

every Software issues cannot done by reset it has to be cleared by doing exact software
