When you are charging phone and Heard any distortion sound in earphones. Is this headphone jack problem or software Issues. i purchased phone 2 days from now brand new phone but facing this issue.

yes their response from customer care is give your brand new phone to the service center for its postmortem 🤨😐

I know.. who would do that now 😑 better use Bluetooth earphones.. that works fine. no other option after all😔

yes.sister the same for every one.trust me 99 percent is a software defect.because the chiiii sounds disappear when the screen is completely turned off.ITS NOT THE HEADPHONE JACK DEFECT.the intencity of the sound varies by diffrents apps and by also when we scrool down the notification panel the sound reduced and then we go to notification sound the sound enlarge at the screen is turned of with a whats audio behiad !!!!!ITS SHOKING the soound disappear soo i tried by screen on and off the sound(chiiiiiii)is cut off when screen turn on suddenly.even the bluetooth earphone also earing this chiiii sound.if it is jack issue why is this chiii sound in bluetooth????according my finding the proplem is realated to basic software installed by company.(the system sounds has some serious bugs)so i reported my finding to samsung care and they promise me they will surely fix in the next coming updates.see about 80 percents are unaware of this issue.basically this sound is only heared when we sit in a very calm place.so sister kindly wait for the next update.you can cheque the sound hear in screen off.so wait for the next update😊

I also face this chiii sound in m31s at the time of using headphone jack but not in Bluetooth i think it is hardware problem

hi brother the android 11 one ui 3.0 is get in m31s in march 2021.hope they will resolve the issue.i discribed my fimding as a replay above your post🙂

yes the same issues for all m31s models.its may be a hardware issue company says lets wait for the next update android 11.we can wait for it!!
