allowed devices option in hotspot on m20

There is no allowed devices option on my m20 after upgrading to one ui 2 with Android 10

Then how am I supposed to do that

How to stop other devices from connecting to my hotspot without setting a password on hotspot.

How to let only specific devices to be able to connect to my hotspot

an update should add new features instead these guys are removing them atleast they should give us a legitimate reason why they removed it
