Security settings for setting app

Hello...

I'm using M20 phone

Initially there was a feature to lock settings app by Samsung's s secure app but after updating to UI 2 i can not lock setting.

Also after updating i lost a feature of allowed devices in hotspot setting.

Samsung is making my phone worse and worse after each update...

Please guys suggest any solution for my setting problems...
