Worst phone I've ever used! Samsung Galaxy M30s

Hello, I have bought a Samsung Galaxy M30s phone(6+128GB) on 27, November 2019 from an e-commerce website. I used the phone till February 2021. So the warranty date ended (which is 1 year). I faced several issues with the phone. It started hanging frequently and it started restarting so many times without an external action. We couldn't reach a service center nearby as that was a lockdown time. After lockdown when we reached the Samsung service center, they said the particular model of Samsung phones facing issues even though they changed the motherboards.

I feel a total waste of money. After spending 17k on this phone, when we go to the Samsung service center they are saying they can fix the issue but it would cost another 7k. I'm really not ready to waste another 7k on this phone. After buying this phone all i faced is depression and frustration. We have approached other samsung service centers in diffrent locations. They couldn't fix the issue. Totally exahusted and frustrated with this model Samsung phone. It's just simply sleeping on my shelf now. I will not recommend this brand to anyone.

Its been happening for more than a month now.

This issue have been reported here a number of times by others too.

Samsung just doesn't want to resolve or look into this. Its clearly their mistake which occurs right after an update (and will not able to downgrade to an older version even from service centre). The only solution is to replace the motherboard according samsung.

Never choose samsung again.
