Why is Samsung selling phones with 5g in name, if they aren't 5g ready?

I have had a M52 5g for 8 months. And now I realise the 5g feature is locked or pending update. Then why did i pay extra for 5g feature and why is that feature on phone model name? I'm looking to put a class action suit or go to consumer court for selling me a phone with missleading name and features.

Bangalore Central, google tells me tier 1.

They are 5g ready but in order to use it you need 5g software to unlock those features not only samsung companies like Apple,Google oneplus and so on will release updates soon.

You are just repeating what I told in the post about pending update. They should have branded 5G ready. Right now consumers think if they go to a country with 5g it will work.
