Why intentional low features

Using m15/f15 which is pretty good device hardware wise but ui making it to go in opposite direction 

Samsung known for best ui but still why they r not giving deserving features to m15/f15

A06 with almost half of price have 60fps video recording but m15 not 

Any specific reason?

Bro , some new cool features r going to be for more than budget series like a or s series
Leave about cool feature they r not ready to give simple screen recorder for m15/f15
