Why does airtel thanks app show that my device does not support 5G

I checked for Airtel 5G service availability on my city which is Pune(Akurdi to be exact), it shows that 5G service is yet to come. But it also shows thatmy device does not support 5G. I use Samsung M52 and I have updated to the latest update(Android 13 update).

Samsung A35 also same problem I have purchased device 1 week ago and I have unlimited 5g plan but still it shows device does not support 5g
