Why does airtel thanks app show that my device does not support 5G

I checked for Airtel 5G service availability on my city which is Pune(Akurdi to be exact), it shows that 5G service is yet to come. But it also shows thatmy device does not support 5G. I use Samsung M52 and I have updated to the latest update(Android 13 update).

After reinstalling airtel app wait for 3 days.
Also check settings and power saving mode.

In my M52 5g it shows my handset is compatible but the software is not compatible ꓄ꁝꏂ ꄲꋊꏂ꓄ꁝꏂ ꄲꋊꏂ꓄ꁝꏂ ꄲꋊꏂ

Update: My phone was connected to the 5G network yesterday. I guess this might be an issue of airtel thanks app.

even in samsung s23 also i am facing same issue... i can run internet on 5g network but when i am checking device compatibility on airtel thanks app it shows device is not supported for 5g.. what is this Samsung... please rectify as soon as possible or else recall all your faulty devices

why does in samsung s23 models if phone is in vibration mode then while calling sometimes automatically vibration mode changing to ring mode??? what is this samsung??? no proper quality checks before delivering product?? even i went to world largest samsung store in bangalore to reinstall software but after doing that still facing issue... please respond as soon as possible or else recall all your **bleep** phones..
