Why I can't download Samsung Wallet (SamsungPay Mini) app from Google Play Store?

I am from India 🇮🇳 & using Galaxy M21 (2020) version mobile. 📱

It is Samsung exclusive and only for Samsung phone. That's why it is not on Play Store but available on Galaxy Store
