When we will be able to use jio 5g in samsung m53 5g . Other phones brands are using jio 5g without any issue except samsung users..

I have samsung ultra s22 even I am not able to get 5 G signal on this costly mobile,jio customer care is number one cheater so many times I approached to jio customer care but they offenly says that I will get 5G signal but in vain,Today I am totally fed from jio welcome 5G offer,Airtel is really a good network what it say it did

I am also facing but today when I talked to samsung customer care they solve my issue and now I am using 5g .

Useless samsung .I also facing problem there are no update for 5 g .when we connet customer care they say we have highlighted you're problem .

Check device network mode settings
Please follow the below steps.

Step1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Connections.
Step3: Tap on Mobile networks.
Step4: Tap on network mode SIM1 or SIM2.
Step5: Select network mode.

Note: We recommend to set device network mode as LTE/3G/2G or 5g (auto connect) mode.

Check network operator settings
Kindly set device network operator as "Automatically".

Please follow the below steps.

Step1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Connections.
Step3: Tap on Mobile networks.
Step4: Tap on Network operators.
Step5: Select automatically.
Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.
Step6: Tap on OK.
Step7: Registered on network.

In case the issue still occurs. Please try to contact your service provider. The issue might be resolved by your service provider.
