From 2018 and Trump sanctions, Samsung does not offer special Rom for Iran and so We buy Indian Rom M32 phone.

Yes, each year google make it easier to manufacturers to adopt Android to their phone. Also at this time some softwares are available for Samsung to automatically generate Rom form AOSP+Drivers. Only thing which is remained is testing of rom before rollout. it needs time and human forces.

possibly most of phones in 2022 will get 2 months earlier than plan.
