Hi,

I'm facing issue with my Samsung m11 device after the Feb software release. WhatsApp call disconnecting frequently while display screen is off it shows reconnecting when I switch the display screen then call connecting it's very irritating

Have you kept your whatsapp in sleeping state?
If thats the case then your phone is shutting down apps running in background

Even if app is sleeping and selected what I have said he will never face the same problem

First of long press on whats app and press I button top right corner
Now click on mobile data check both allow background data under mobile data both option as shown in the attachment now press back and now select battery and select as shown in fig 3. Allow background activity. U r done.
If u like this do select it as solution

Remove whats app from Sleeping/ Deep Sleeping apps.
And Press and hold whatsapp > App Info > Battery > Allow background Activity. That will solve your problem.
