WhatsApp Stickers

I got a problem since very long in my M51. When I add any sticker pack to WhatsApp from any third party app. After some days, the pack gets deleted automatically. And this not happens with the sticker pack added that are available on the WhatsApp sticker store, it only occurs with packs added form 3rd party apps like Sticker.ly etc.

I tried reinstalling, turned off battery optimisation for both Sticker and WhatsApp app, tried adding both in never sleeping apps. But still none of them worked for me.

Is this any android issue, or something else?

Please help me fix this.

I think this may be a WhatsApp Bug.

Why only our phone, I tried in other phones in my home. They keep the sticker till uninstalling WhatsApp.

yes same issue i have been facing for months now it was even before the last update !! I use third party app Stickerly ... somehow only Samsung M51 is deliberately uninstalling the saved stickers from whatsapp...

Yes, I also tested it on a M31, there is no issue there.

Probably Stickerly app compatibility issue with messengers ... cause after commenting here i went to check playstore reviews of Stickerly and many are reviewing the issue of stickers automatically disappearing there...

I tried another app also, it was an app that brings Telegrams stickers to WhatsApp.
(It was not from Playstore)

The sticker packs added from that app also removed by Whatsapp.


Try any other good sticker app from Playstore.
