My dear it's Ultra data saving symbol , go to device care app and turn off Ultra data saving mode, if you like please accept as a solution.

I was assuming thats data saver only. But didn't search inside settings to turn that off. I was just searching the quick panel for some toggle button. Thanks

It's a Data saver icon, and it's visible only when you swipe down the notification panel and it's used for stop background data usage of apps...
If you want to turn off, go to settings and search 'Data saver' and you can turn it off...
