Among exchange options, there is something called "Deferred Exchange".

What is "Deferred Exchange" on Samsung official purchasing website?

that means u will get device at full payment first, than u can transfer ur data from old phone to new phone, than they will take ur phone and give u ur exchange price. so u not have worried for ur data.

Exchange partner is cashify, not Samsung itself. Hence there might be issue in exchange value. Better exchange in Flipkart or Amazon with instant enchange value. I have placed order for S20+, at that time amount shown for Lg mobile is 18K. After product is delivered cashify exchange link has 9K as value. BE CAUTIOUS.
