Am Using Samsung M30s. WhatsApp Issued Not Downloading Audio Video And Images Not Download. And Massage Receive To Fully Lagged. Anybody Please Tell Me The Solution. Not Downloading Files And Lagged Issues.

what sim you have?
its because many M30s devices started to have network issues from july update. continues using causes heating too.. nothing we can do about this but just keepon sending error reports

right now i suggest to reset network settings it may or may not work. also uninstall & reinstall whatsapp

If it is third party application then why are you giving dual whatsapp facility in your phone if you don't find any solution of this problem in other brand phone it is working properly then why not yours that means problem is at your end not on whatsapp.
