Ever since I purchased M21, I am experiencing call drops and slow internet connectivity. Is this happening to some devices or M21 as a whole has this issue. Can't even join official Meetings with wifi. Device having issues receiving good wifi signal as well. Works well while surfing on wifi but don't know why struggles only during meetings

I m using M21(6GB) for last one week. Battery performance is very poor, like 3000mHA. I use my phone maximum 4 hrs a day. Rest time, internet connection remains off. For this use, battery lost its charge almost 80%. Today I make a WhatsApp video call for 10 mins. Charges reduced from 84% to 65%. Upper portion of the back side of the mobile becomes hot during internet use. Is it problem of the set or battery? I m worried. I have latest updates.

I am not facing any battery issues as of now. It is giving me screen on time of around 10+ hours even on mobile data with calls for an hour, YouTube surfing and 1 hour of heavy gaming. You can check which apps are consuming more battery and make them sleep when not in use or you can make all apps do the same.
