Video calling feature problem by phone dialer in Samsung Galaxy M31.

I bought Samsung Galaxy M31 phone on 5th August 2020. I am unable to make a video call with the help of system phone dialer. I try all tricks suggested by Youtuber but I can't do that. What can I do? I am using Airtel 4G sim.

enable VoLET call enable in mobile network.
if you using dual sim. try to use the sim in slot 1

and check wither the video call option is showing, in contact and select any name and click Info icon

if is it not showing, try to reset the settings, network settings and accessibility setting.

only supported in Jio as per my knowledge.
and also, u can do that only when you are using a Jio Sim to call someone on Jio network.

During video call from phone dialer video freezing durring call every 5 minut than i need to stop call and call again in my galaxy A72.

Here on my samsung m51 I noticed that when making a jio to jio video call. 1st the quality is not at all good. Its kind of point blurry, also your side I mean the selfie side. Will be like little bit black for first 10 sec. One the call is matured then it is not normal but yes the upper region is some what black. But yes this is not in the case of making a video call on whats app or duo. Hmmm the picture of both the video quality is superb. Also when I used my camera that quality was also good enough.
