Video Quality shift to 480p on youtube for both 4k60 and 4k60hdr

Since Yesterday, video quality on youtube shifts to 480p after selecting 4k60 or 4k60hdr. Previously 4k60hdr used to run with stutters and 4k60 used to be fine. Is there any solution?Please help.*Samsung M35*

This problem is with every unit of Samsung M35.
I am also using the same and faced this problem
