Vi Network issue with Samsung

I bought Samsung M21 2021 edition last year in November around. My previous Android mobile works excellent with Vi Network in my area & still works fine when I insert the sim on that Mobile. So after purchasing Samsung mobile..  network stability issue occurred.. always switch between 2g & 4G.. & many times unable to make a call or receive also.. many times when someone try to send a text message on my Vi's number.. status shows "unable to sent". firstly I think that Vi's network is not that good at this time. But it's going on for months. then I replaced it with a new Vi sim. But again same problem from day 1. So after consulting with Samsung customer care. They told me about the service centre visit. So I go there & I was surprised with their solution.. the representative told me we can't do anything with this problem. The Representative also have a Samsung mobile & his Vi's network is not stable. So he told me that Vi's network is not stable in Samsung mobiles & There's no option for fixing this even after a motherboard replacement. So they suggest I have to stay like this with unstable network connectivity. Samsung has a great camera & software experience. But Bad experience with network connectivity & Support experience.

There's a reason why Vodafone failed in India. They charge premium but their service is not upto the mark in most areas.
