Can we use Vo5G/VoNR i.e., 5G Network on both the sim if we are using 2 sim in the device? In my device i use 5G sim of Airtel and Jio each but in the settings it is showing Vo5G only for 1 sim. There is no option showing to enable Vo5G for both the sim? Is it like this or its an error? What to do if we want to use 5G on both the sim?

You can use, but for that you should have both Jio Sim's. Airtel has opted for Non standalone 5G network which operates on their 4G core. VoNR/Vo5G requires Standalone 5G network currently which only Jio has...1719673693386.jpg

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we want to inform you that the VoNR (Voice Over 5G) feature is supported by your device, as of now it is only working with Jio Network, and Airtel / VI has not been implemented yet.

Kindly enable the setting by the below path:
Settings > Connection > Mobile Network > VoNR (Voice Over 5G)

Note: By default, this option will be off, so you have to on it manually. however, if still can't use kindly contact the network operator once, to make sure there is no issue from their end.

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
