I want update ,other brands give their users updates fastly and samsung didn't give updates to old user did you understand we are who encourage others to buy Samsung products and you did with us wrong you gave updates to new handsets. What about us?
But i really promise if didn't get any updates on my device I'll upgrade in other handsets company and never encourage others to buy Samsung products it's really heart. I'm waiting from last January for updates but you haven't give any updates you just gave us security patch and that you gave last time on 21 april , I'm really disappointed by Samsung because I'm continuously facing problems in my handset due to bugs.
