If you're in India with the M14 4G model, you can check now: Settings → Software update → Download and install. For the 5G model, it may take a few more days or weeks through June—but it’s coming soon.

Samsung has officially confirmed that Galaxy A14 (LTE) and A14 5G are eligible for One UI 7, which will be their final major Android upgrade (moving from Android 13 → 14 → 15) .

The rollout is expected around June 2025, with completion in most regions by July 2025 .
