  • After update  ui 7 ,during whatsapp video call  screen stuck or horizontal line appear for seconds .only   having  issues  in whatsapp  other  app working fine messenger imo ..

It is a normal glitch in tge app try to clear cache

Already did ,even because  of this i format my mobile  also but still same.

As you have mentioned that you are facing the issue with third party apps and if your device other application working fine. So we would request you kindly contact the respective helpline to make sure there is no issue from their end.

However, If still facing the same issue, kindly share the log file. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.

Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
