Are you using Dual Messanger by any chance ?

If yes,
Go to settings, search dual messenger, turn on separate contact list.

Reboot.

Contact Storage usage should be less than 1%

Galaxy Wearable, yours is 8%
I have my Watch and Buds connected all the time, and the usage is less than 1%.

What the hell , 96% battery used and screen on time is only 1 hr and 41 min
Solution
Clear the data of this app
If problem continue then,
Reset the phone after backuping all your data this is the only solution

restart phone mutiple times and if not working try doing a factory reset after backing up your data .If problem continues go to an authorised service center and check if battery has any damage.

As per your concern, we want to inform you that the usage of the battery is different for every application, some apps consume more battery depending on the screen time, network fluctuation, refresh rate, etc. Kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue by using the given links.

2. Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

3. You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

Update: Nothing worked, may be its because contacts app is always running indexing in background, kindly fix it in future update.
