I'm not facing any problems with the app. I'm trying to find quicker way to share large files/folders without wires.

Wifi direct was very reliable for large file sharing and folder sharing. But after android 11 update wifi direct was not an option to share anything. Share button always opens quick share.
My sister's phone running android 7 don't have quick share.
Also nearby sharing didn't work at all. Even if it did work I can't share folders.
So I think uninstalling quick share might unlock wifi direct.

No it will never unlock wifi direct and don't uninstall quick share, your device will become unstable

Quick share is a samsung service. Its not part of android OS. I thought it would be safe.

Now I don't know what to do..

I don't know if uninstalling Quick Share will break your phone. But, Quick Share is a part of Samsung's OneUI and it's not just a set of UI tweaks. OneUI is like a custom ROM and uninstalling an OneUI core app/service may have unintended consequences.
