Unable to use/open Samsung MAX

Hello, after the march update to android 11 and core UI 3.1, I've been unable to open up the Samsung MAX app. I search it up in the settings tab, and all I get is the App Info. I tried force stopping it, I tried to restart, switch WiFi on and off, everything but it just doesn't seem to work.

I also searched for VPN on my setting. I do see a VPN profile of Samsung MAX, but there too, I've been unable to access this app. 

Please help me open this app up.

Clear the cache of samsung max then open it

Ok will try doing this, and then update the results here.

Ok, so clearing the cache did nothing. As I click on the app, a black screen appears and then MAX does not open.
