Samsung M34 is not even able to stream in HD(720p) in ott platforms like Amazon prime and Netflix. Than what's the use of Samsung so called Fancy "Super Amoled Display " with whooping 120Hz refresh rate. I have reported this several times to Samsung. But Samsung hasn't fixed this yet. This is really Insane . Very great service by Samsung. Even some phones which cost around 10k supports HD(720p) but phone with price of 17k doesn't support even HD(720p). It is only permitted for SD(480p). It supports widevine L3, This Is the most basic certification available. The screenshot shared is from the netflix app. When we can't stream in Full HD(1080p). Than what's the use of amoled display with 120hz display. I don't why Samsung is not fixing this. I am not even asking for HDR(3840×2160p) just asking for Full HD(1080p).

Try Clearing the App data
If it still doesn't work, reinstall from galaxy store (Not from playstore)

It fixed the issue for many people
According to Samsung Semi conductors, it should support decoding of Video codecs H.264, H.265, VP8, VP9.

Samsung screwed up on their latest security update. It broke the certification. So unfortunately, you have to wait for an update to fix it
