I am trying to connect a USB of 32 GB which has 15 GB data in it. But it shows "tap here to fix issue " while it can connect with other phone or pc. Another USB which has 10 GB data in it. I format it and copy my USB data in it from PC. Now it is not working also in my phone while it was connected first time. Please solve the issue.
Hi.... i also faced the same issue when i connected my 1.5 tb hardisk to S21. I recommend you to connect it with usb and put both of them on a flat surface so that they can't dodder. Find an option of FORMET and do it.
I did the same and there is no issue and my hardisk speed got even better after these steps.
