Sometime it charges at 5w speed or 7.5w speed, and sometime it charges at 15w, all the charging adapter and cable are original, I think it happens due 🤔  dust and loosed type C port.

Yes, dust slows down the charging speed. So clean both the port and charging pin properly and then start charging.
