Try again after 1440 minutes

I am using Samsung m31 from July 2020. I don't have any problem since then, but everything changed after I updated the OS to OS11 UI3.0. 

My phone kept stuck and restarts for no reason. Today morning it restarted and when I tried to unlock it with 4 digit pin it started displaying "Try again after 1440 minutes", even though I had my pin correct.

It is really ridiculous that someone needs to wait for whole 24 hours to use the mobile phone.

From multiple posts what I learnt is by clearing the cache memory during bootup might solve the problem.

I tried to restart and enter boot mode. Unluckily each time I tried it restarted normally and the counter got updated to 1440 minutes.

Will clearing the cache solves the issue really (at least for the moment) or is there any solution?

Please help me.

Edited: I have waited for the whole 24 hours and now the mobile is working normally. After the restart, I uninstalled Turbo VPN app (unknown whether is it the reason for the multiple restarts). Thanks for the suggestions from the community.

You can try out the suggestions like starting in safe mode as provided in the thread. Hope the same will be performed by service center person. For information in any case if unable to restart properly, the counter resets to 1440.
If you are near to service center, you can reach out to them.

Even after waiting it showed Starting Android then again try after 1440minutes what to do please help

I see there have released a latest patch on 1 dec. Hope this patch solves few of long lasting unknown issues

Similler issue occured with my M31 Also purchased march20 at cost of approx 17,000 INR.

This all statrted in november 21 by hanging phone. phone stuck on screen nothing will operate from screen touch. need to restart again.

Shown to nearest service center on 9dec21, they had updated software, Still on same day it hang after software update. Again shown to same service station, they asked to change motherboard costing 7,300 INR. Being an electronic engineer still not understood why motherborad need to be replace, if i do not harm to phone, for software hang issue.

It's very annoying that 17K phone, from company like samsung, work only for 17 months without any error. Then there service center ask 7,300INR which is approx 40% of phone cost for mother board replacement. This case now become similler to man who blast his Telsa car when service center asked him for huge ammount for repair. 

Discussed this issue with samsung buyers, they are saying, You don't have to purchase samsung mobile, as hanginging is very common issue in samsung mobile.

In approx 1 month after software update, From 12 january it statrted showing 'Try again in 1440 minutes' message, while tring to unlock phone. Wait for that time, but inbetween munite counter got reset. after 3 days timer get complited and showing Starting android screen for 4 hours.

With 'Starting android' screen visited other samsung authorised service center. they confirmed they will do similler software update. There may be chance phone will get dead during software update. Asked them to do software update. but they confirmed they are not able to do software update and need to replace motherboard.

Now try to check on internet and so many sansung esteem buyers have same issue. tried solution given in this blog. but does not help.
