I felt an issue with my samsung m30s, the touchscreen not working. I tried many times pulldown notification panel but nothing work except hardware keys and fingerprint sensor. Atlast I solved the problem by longpress of same key combination of screenshots that POWERBUTTON+VOLUME DOWN Button to restart the phone. After restart touchscreen working fine.
I think Exynos 9611 is a quite decent like snapdragon 712 as budget processor. There is no chance to hang phone by small utility applications,even with games like pubg. I already uploaded log files in feedback option
My touchscreen Samsung M30 is also non responsive. I rebooted the phone with Volume Down+Power button. The phone rebooted but the touchscreen is still not working.
exynos 9611 not working even like mediatek processors. software optimisation of samsung not good, samsung may good for multimedia applications but not good for gamers/hihh users
