Touch not working properly on Samsung m30.

This problem occurs after android 10 update and I checked in two Samsung m30 phones. On the bottom of the screen , the area from right of the centre position and upto approx 1 cm height , touch is not working properly . Touch sensitivity is very low there . It doesn't not respond most of the times. Try this in your Samsung m30 after removing the navigation buttons and be on the full screen gestures and don't use gesture hints ( because they occupy that space which I am talking about ) . And now touch the screens there.. I will not respond properly.

any update from Samsung? mobile bought in Jan with latest still not working. Lockdown service centers are closed.

my m30 started giving touch screen trouble all of a sudden. i changed touch settings navigation bar settings and finally factory resetting as well. even then the issue is persistent. i am unable to login now after reset cause of touch responsiveness.

i am also facing the same problems. i have tried every thing even factory reset yet the touch is giving me a very hard time. now i understand why people call is HANG-sung
