Touch not working properly on Samsung m30.

This problem occurs after android 10 update and I checked in two Samsung m30 phones. On the bottom of the screen , the area from right of the centre position and upto approx 1 cm height , touch is not working properly . Touch sensitivity is very low there . It doesn't not respond most of the times. Try this in your Samsung m30 after removing the navigation buttons and be on the full screen gestures and don't use gesture hints ( because they occupy that space which I am talking about ) . And now touch the screens there.. I will not respond properly.

To resolve your concern, Please perform the following steps:

>Open Setting > General management > Reset > Reset setting > Reset setting.

>Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps.
>Check your device performance in Safe mode.
>Create data backup and reset the device.
Scroll down Notification panel >Settings> General management> Reset >Factory Data Reset

My phone is samsung m30s. Recently, the touch started creating problems. It is not responsive. very low responsive in the keyboard area and very low from the right area of centre position and upto approx 1cm, just as mentioned by one of user above. I tried to factory reset the phone 2 times, tried using in safe mode, tried rebooting , reset the settings but nothing is happening. software update is showing latest one has already been installed. It is getting very difficult to use the phone day by day. Please help
