Touch freezing issues

Some times my M31 mobile phone hangs and its touch becomes unresponsive even though all the apps are running comfortably but it recovers after unlocking and locking phone  several times

My phone is M31 6 gb ram phone with 128gb rom but only 45 gb rom is used in additioni use a 16gb sd card. Processor is exynos 9611. I have heard phones with exynos 9611 have motherboard issues so is unresponsive touch a symptoms of that?

increase the brightness upto 100% and screen timeout to 10 minutes and keep it aside.It will increase touch response
