Touch Screen Issue

Hello, I hope you're doing well. I have a Samsung M21, and I've been experiencing some issues with the touch screen. I ran a screen test through Samsung Member, and the screenshot I've attached shows the problem 

 it's just a small portion of the screen. If anyone knows a solution, I'd greatly appreciate your assistance. Thank you in advance.

Over 900 rooms were scanned, 8 terrorists killed and over 600 hostages rescued during the operation.2013 Hyderabad blasts – Deployed in Hyderabad after the bomb blasts.2013 Bangalore Bomb Blast – NSG was deployed in Bangalore after the bomb blast took place in the city.2013 Patna bombings – A team of the NSG, which was sent to Patna for post-blasts analysis, said at least three more Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) were defused.2016 Pathankot attack – An NSG team took part in the operation to neutralise terrorists where Lt. Col. Niranjan lost his life defusing a grenade or IED booby-trapped on the body of a dead terrorist, and 12 other members of the unit were injured. Six terrorists were neutralised in the operation by the NSG, Defence Security Corps and the Garud Commando Force[13][14]May 2023 – A team of NSG Commandos was deployed in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir along with a team MARCOS Commandos to provide security to the G20 delegates during the 3rd G20 Tourism Working Group Meeting held at the Sher-i-Kashmir International Convention Centre on the banks of Dal Lake in Srinagar during May 22–24.[15]

Remove the screen protectors and cover from the device once and check the issue after restarting the device.

Kindly check if the device's touch screen is physically damaged: The phone touch screen could stop working due to physical damage.

Physical damage: The touch screen is broken or damaged. High temperature, cold, moisture, magnets, and static electricity can all damage the touchscreen of Android phones. If your screen is damaged, you need to carry your device with its ''original accessories'' to the ''Samsung authorized service center''.
If your screen is not damaged, Restart the phone by pressing the Power button and then tap on Restart.
Note: If you use the Fingerprint security feature, the phone will require your backup password to unlock after rebooting.
How to restart the device: Press & hold the power key> Restart> Tap again to Restart.

Kindly check if you are using a memory card on your device.
If you are using the memory card on your device. we will advise you to safely remove it from your device. For this follow the below steps:

Step 1: Before removing the memory card, first, unmount it for safe removal.
On the Home screen, tap Apps > Settings > Device maintenance > Storage > More option > Storage settings > SD card > Unmount. Insert the ejection pin into the hole on the tray to loosen the tray.
Note: Ensure that the ejection pin is perpendicular to the hole. Otherwise, the device may be damaged.

Step2: Pull out the tray gently from the tray slot.
Step 3: Remove the memory card.
Step4: Insert the tray back into the tray slot

Note: Please ensure that the memory card is not removed while the device is transferring or accessing information. Doing so can cause data to be lost or corrupted or damage to the memory card or device.
Samsung is not responsible for losses that result from the misuse of damaged memory cards, including the loss of data.
