Touch & Heating issue in M51

There is a problem in my device, its middle portion's touch is not working properly,

and also facing heating problems since last two day,

can any one help me with resolution.

guys thank you for suggestions, but not possible to visit services center 144 imposed in my area...

>>Check device in Safe Mode:-Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears > Press and hold the power off icon.
To exit safe mode:-Restart your device.
