Found a fix too.
1. Uninstalled the update under app info of Themes.
> Tried to launch themes.
> It asks to update the app or exit.
2. Updated the app.
> It started to work.

To Fix It Follow This Steps:-
Long Press on Theme→App Info→Unistall Updates→Update The App.It Will Work.
