The rotation hint in your phone whenever you rotate your phone

After this update the auto rooted hint button that used to come in the bottom corner of your phone in Android 10 or 11 is not coming , can anyplease tell how to bring back the small rotation hint in the bottom corner of your phone that comes whenever you rotate your phone ??????

It works only when auto rotation is off
