I am new to Samsung environment and I am facing little issue with Text notifications.
What I observed is that all the messages are in same tab in my messaging app. And I really don't want all the promotional messages , delivery messages and balance messages to flood my primary Inbox, I only want my personal contacts over there and all the notifications in another tab.
I tried to use the Tab feature but the issue is once the Tab is created it's difficult almost impossible to add new notification messages.
And we need to add the recieptents individually into the Tab. This is not automatic. I really think if the message is delivered without a number it should be automatically delivered to the notifications tab in messages.
I really need a solution for this. We all know that we get ton of messages from deliveries, balance after every call and promotional messages from all the e shopping .
So all I want to know is that is there a feature like that or should we request it. If the feature exists please explain.
what you can do is that make a tab and add your contacts in it so in one tab all messages of people in your contact and main tab will have all other messages. I know is not what you are asking for but next to what you want. I would also request you to share your feedback in get help section in this all,in this manner you feedback will directly go to the tech people. by the way its really good suggestion.
